Do you provide food?
We provide light bites meaning, our packages come with a light food option, however, we do not provide full catering options at this time. When you book, depending on the location, we can possibly provide you with a list of local restaurant options in the area.
Are all picnics decorated the same or can we choose our own decor style?
All picnics are styled to the clients liking. There are several decor styles to pick from. Goodness Springs has pre-packaged decor styles that will be sure to impress, not to mention add-ons that will help provide more opportunities for personalization.
Do you tear down everything the same day you set up or are the picnics overnight?
For public locations, the standard set up is set for a same day pick up. The time frame we will leave the set up for is from 2-4hours. Please note, all time frames very depending on the package the client has chosen at the time of their booking. We can offer an overnight set up, if you are planning for your time frame to go pass 9pm and are planning for an indoor picnic experience. Please note, if the picnic is planned for outdoors we can not accomadate an overnight set up due to our inventory being in danger of inclimate weather or any other outdoor elements.
What happens if there is inclimate weather?
We understand we do not have control over the weather. At the time of booking, we will look ahead at the weather and disucss with you about an option 2 location in case there is indeed a rainy day or inclimate weather. If with all of our planning, and the weather does not permit and we did not discuss a option 2 location, we will then reschedule for another day.
What if we break something?
Accidents absolutely happen, and we thank you for your honesty ahead of time. The client will be responsible and will be required to pay for all damages done to any our our inventory.
If a person I paid for is no longer able to attend the picnic, what would you suggest?
Please get in contact with us if this occurs. We will discuss a possible option for you to fill the spot with another guest. Unfortunately on the day of we do not give refunds, if light bite and items have been order in prepartion for your picnic expericence. If you have a cancellation prior to the day of, we can at the time discuss further.
